New Projects

I'm currently preparing to enter rehearsals for a production of Polaroid Stories by Naomi Iizuka and presented by NYU's Program in Educational Theatre. The play is an adaptation of Ovid's Metamorphoses and based on interviews with homeless youth and hustlers. The production will run from October 27 through November 5 at the Pless Hall Black Box on the NYU campus. To reserve tickets, call 212.998.5281.

In May 2006, I received a research grant from the Steinhardt School to develop a new piece of theatre based on the lives of Glenway Wescott, Monroe Wheeler, and George Platt Lynes. These men lived in a threesome for 15 years from 1927 to 1943. I'm working with two other actors, John DelVecchio and Daryl Embry, to create a performance piece that we will present as a workshop in May 2007. The working title for the piece is III.

Stop back to this page in the coming months for more information about these projects and others.
